| 摘 要： | 目的从小儿阑尾炎的超声间接征象着手,将小儿阑尾炎的超声直接征象与间接征象相结合,提高超声诊断小儿阑尾炎的准确率。方法应用超声观察763例疑似阑尾炎的患儿,其中临床确诊为急性阑尾炎入院治疗256例。将超声的直接征象和间接征象与临床结果对比分析,比较间接征象和直接征象的检出率,计算超声诊断小儿阑尾炎的准确率。结果小儿阑尾炎的超声间接征象的检出率高于直接征象,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。以超声间接征象和直接征象为诊断依据与单独以超声直接征象作为诊断依据比较,诊断准确率提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论阑尾炎的超声间接征象在诊断中有重要意义。从间接征象入手,应用高频超声获取直接征象,将直接征象与间接征象相结合进行小儿阑尾炎的超声诊断,可提高准确率,降低假阳性率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of indirective characteristics of the ultrasonography of appendicitis in children.Methods Seven hundred and sixty-three patients suspected as simple appendicitis were examined and diagnosed by ultrasound,then the characteristics of ultrasonograghy were analyzed.The results of ultrasonograghy were compared with clinical results.Results The indirective characteristics were observed more frequently than directive characteristics of the ultrasonography（P〈0.01）.Diagnosis by indirective characteristics and directive characteristics was more accurate than diagnosis by directive characteristics（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The indirective characteristics should be important in diagnosing appendicitis in children.Diagnosis of appendicitis by indirective characteristics and directive characteristics of ultrasonograghy might be accurate. |
