| 摘 要： | 目的：总结食管平滑肌瘤临床表现，诊断要点，手术方法及效果。方法：分析经外科手术病理证实的21例食管平滑肌瘤的临床资料。结果：全组无手术死亡及手术并发症，均痊愈出院。结论：食管平滑肌瘤是最常见的食管良性肿瘤，食管钡餐造影是诊断食管平滑肌瘤的主要方法，纤维食管镜检查可为本病的术前诊断提供有力的依据，食管粘膜外肿瘤摘除术是治疗本病的理想方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To review the clinical findings, Surgical methods and effects in the treatment of the esophageal leiomyoma. Methods: The clinical data of 21 esophageal leiomyoma patients confirmed by pathological biopsy were retrospectively analyzed.Results: No surgical death and severe complications were found in all the patients. All the patients were cured. Conclusions: The esophageal leiomyoma is the most common benign tumor of esophagus. Barium esophagogram is one of the most important ways of diagnosis. The esophagoscopy bring powerful proof to the disease for its pre-operation diagnosis, but the differential diagnosis can't be ignored. Surgical extramucosal excision is the best effective therapy for this disease. |
