乳腺肿块的高频彩色多普勒检查

目的 评价高频彩色多普勒对乳腺肿块的诊断价值。方法 回顾分析87例经手术，病理证实的乳腺肿块的高频彩色多普勒超声诊断，通过对二维图像的分析结合彩色多普勒观察肿块内部及周围血流丰富程度。结果 87例乳腺肿块超声检出率及定位正确率为100%；定性总符合率为90.8%(79/87)。结论 高频探头能准确观察乳腺肿块细微结构。彩色多普勒能直观反应肿块内血流丰富程度，两结合可提高乳腺肿块诊断率。

Diagnosis of high frequency color doppler in breast masses

Objectives To evaluate the diagnosis value of high frequency color Doppler in breast masses. Methods eighty - seven biopsy -proven breast masses were analysed retrospecdy. All patients had been performed B - mode ultraound sonogram and combined color Doppler. The enrichment of blood flow and around the masses had been analysed. Results Both the detective rate and accurate rate of position were 100%, the qualitative rate was 90.8%(79/87) .Conclusion The tiny structure of breat masses can be accurately observed with high frequency probe. The enrichment of the flow signals can be direcdy found out by color Doppler. The diagnosis rate can be rasied if they are combined.
