多元智能理论在儿科学临床见习教学中的应用

摘    要:本文探讨了将多元智能理论应用于儿科学临床见习教学的实践及其效果。教师根据学生不同的智能特点,采取适当的、能够促进学生全面发展的教学方法和策略,使学生在见习过程中,优势智能得到充分发展,同时带动其弱势智能的发展。以学生问卷调查、考核成绩、教师自我工作评价结果作为多元智能理论应用效果的评估依据,与传统的教学方法进行了比较分析。结果显示,在儿科学临床见习教学中应用多元智能理论,能够启发学生的临床思维,激发学生对儿科学学习的自信心、积极性,有助于培养高素质的医学人才。

Abstract:The theory of multiple intelligences was introduced to pediatric clinical teaching of medical students on probation in this paper.According to the students' different sets of intelligences,teachers designed appropriate teaching methods and policies which would promote the students' all-around development.During the pediatric clinical probation the students had the opportunity to not only further develop their dominant intelligences,but also had the opportunity to develop their weaker intelligences.Good teaching effect had been gotten compared with traditional teaching model through students' questionnaire,test scores and teachers' serf-evaluation.It showed that the application of multiple intelligences theory in pediatric clinical teaching for the medical students on probation enlightened the students' clinical thinking,helped the students to develop a sense of serf-confidence,enthusiasm in learning pediatric,thus it helped to cultivate medical personnel of high quality.
