胰岛素治疗脑梗死的疗效观察

目的观察胰岛素对脑梗死的治疗作用。方法本院收治的非糖尿病的高血压脑梗死患者,分为3组,治疗组1为应激性高血糖组(入院血糖偏高,HbA1c正常),治疗组2为血糖正常组,两治疗组在一般脑梗死治疗的基础上加用胰岛素治疗;对照组为血糖正常组,采用一般脑梗死治疗,不用胰岛素治疗。3组均治疗2周,观察其神经功能恢复情况。结果2个治疗组在治疗后14d、30d及90d的神经功能缺损评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论胰岛素在脑梗死的治疗中,无论患者是否存在高血糖,对神经功能的恢复方面都是有效的。

Observation of the Effect of Insulin on Cerebral Infarction

Objective To observe the effect of insulin on cerebral infarction.Methods The patients with hypertensive cerebral infarction and without diabetes were divided into three groups,the control group has a normal level of blood sugar(BG) and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c);the first treatment group is with high BG level and normal HbA1c level;the second treatment group has the same level of BG and HbA1c with control group.All of the three group were treated with the basic therapy of cerebral infarction,the two treatment group were treated with insulin in addition.All treatment last for two weeks,and the score of neurologic impairment were assessed in 14d,30d and 90d after the beginning of treatment.Results The recovery rate in two treatment groups is better than that in control group,and there is no significant difference between the two treatment groups.Conclusion It is effective to use insulin treatment for cerebral infarction,despite of the level of BG.
