| Abstract: | The article analyzes results of the treatment of 162 patients with acute ischemia of upper extremities. Acute ischemia of upper extremities was shown to be an absolute indication for operation aimed at the reestablishment of adequate bloodflow. The character of surgery is predetermined mainly by genesis of acute ischemia. Postoperative lethality was 8.8%. |
