川芎嗪对大鼠被动型Heymann肾炎病变的影响

摘    要:建立SD大鼠典型的被动型Heymann肾炎(PHN)模型,观察川芎嗪对肾内血栓素A2(TxA2).前列环素I2(PGI2)及TXA2-PGI2平衡的影响。结果表明:川穹嗪能够降低大鼠尿中的TXA2而提高PGI2的含量。此外,对于减少尿蛋白的分泌及肾组织学的损伤也有一定的作用。提示川芎嗪可用于PHN病变的防治。

Abstract:The animal model of typical passive Heymann nephritis(PHN ) was established on SD rats by using antibody against Heymann antigen. The effect of Ligustrazine on the renal damage was studied during the experimental period. The results showed that ligustrazine inhibited the production of renal thromboxane A, (TxA, ) and enhanced the synthesis of prostacycling I2 (PGI2) and promoted the restoration of TxA2 -PGI2 balance in rats.lt indicated that Ligustrazine coule not only reduce urinary thromboxane production and elevated the level of 6-keto-PGFI a, but also lower the urinary protein excretion and reduce the renal tissue injuries.
