| 摘 要： | 明胶酶是基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)中一类非常重要的亚型,包括MMP2和MMP9。最近几年,人们对MMP2、MMP9及其抑制剂作了大量研究,以了解其生理及病理学方面的重要意义。目前,以MMP精细结构及功能分析为基础而设计的MMP抑制剂,已被广泛应用于肿瘤转移的动物模型以及人类癌症的临床研究。

| Abstract: | Gelatinase is one of the most important subtype of matrix metalloproteinase,including MMP2 and MMP9.In recent years,awareness of MMP2,MMP9 and their inhibitors have done a great deal of research to understand their physiological and pathological significance.At present,the fine structure and functional analysis of MMP-based MMP inhibitors designed have been widely applied in animal models of tumor metastasis as well as human cancer clinical researches. |
