摘    要:目的研究微生态制剂强化的肠内营养在高血压脑出血患者术后的应用。方法选择72例高血压脑出血术后的患者,随机分成强化治疗组和对照组,每组各36例。强化治疗组于手术后第2天开始应用瑞先加微生态制剂,连用1周;对照组单用瑞先。测定手术前1天和第8天粪便中分泌型IgA,同时检测两组患者术后菌群失调情况并分类,并观察比较两组感染并发症的发生率。结果术后第8天,强化治疗组粪便中分泌型IgA量较对照组明显升高,感染等并发症下降,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),两组患者术后第一次排便后细菌油镜计数结果微生态制剂强化的肠内营养组菌群失调患者例数明显少于对照组。结论高血压脑出血术后早期应用微生态制剂强化的肠内营养可改善肠黏膜屏障功能,减少肠内营养并发症,减少感染性并发症的发生率,有效防止肠道菌群失调。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of early microecopharmaceutics-supplemented enternal nutrition in postoperative patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods Seventy-two patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were divided into two groups:microecopharmaceutics-supplemented enteral nutrition(MSEN-group,36 cases),popular enteral nutrition group(EN-group,36 cases).The patients were infused with Enteral Nutrition Emulsion or microecopharmaceutics-supplemented enteral nutrition emulsion for 7 post-operative days.Results Microecopharmaceutics-supplemented enteral nutrition was well tolerated.The incidence of infections was significantly lower in MSEN-group than in EN-group.The patients with intestinal microflora disorders in MSEN-group were less than in normal and EN-group.Conclusion Early postoperative enteral nutrition plus microecopharmaceutics can reduce the rate of postoperative infections in comparison with popular enteral nutrition.
