盐酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液对白内障术前结膜囊的清洁作用

目的 :探讨 0 .3%盐酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液对白内障患者术前结膜囊细菌的抗菌效果。方法 :将白内障 6 0例、6 0眼随机分为 0 .3%盐酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液组 (实验组 )和 0 .2 5 %氯霉素滴眼液组 (对照组 ) ,未用药前均先对结膜囊行细菌培养 ,应用 0 .3%盐酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液和 0 .2 5 %氯霉素滴眼液 3d后 ,再行结膜囊细菌培养 ,观察结膜囊内的细菌变化。结果 :未用药前实验组 14例细菌培养阳性 ,对照组 12例细菌培养阳性 ;用药后实验组 2例阳性 ,对照组 9例阳性 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 :0 .3%盐酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液是白内障术前清洁结膜囊 ,预防眼内感染的有效药物

Effect of levofloxacin eye drops on bacteria in the conjunctival sac before cataract surgery

Objective:To investigate changes of bacteria in the conjunctival sac following the use of 0.3% levofloxacin eye drops before cataract surgery.Method: 60 cases with cataract were divided into trial group(levofloxacin eye drops group) and contrary group(chloramphenical eye drops group) randomly. Bacterial culture was performed before and after using eye drops. Results: 14 cases were cultured positive before using levofloxacin eye drops and only two cases were positive after application of levofloxacin eye drops for three days.However,12 cases were positive before and 9 cases after application of chloramphenical eye drops in the contrary group.The statistical difference between two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Levofloxacin eye drops is effectively antibiotic in preventing endophthalmitis in cataract surgery.
