| 摘 要： | 目的:了解强直性脊柱炎(AS)男性患者的血清泌乳素(PRL)水平是否升高。方法:纳入2009-2011年我院初诊时AS男性患者60例,测量这些患者与60位年龄相配的健康对照者的血清泌乳素水平。结果:初治的60例AS男性患者的血清泌乳素水平[(21.22±6.12)ng/ml]与健康对照组[(10.52±8.28)ng/ml]相比有显著差异(P<0.05),不同年龄组的男性AS患者血清泌乳素水平无显著性差异,不同骶髂关节病变分级的男性AS患者血清泌乳素水平也无显著性差异。结论:强直性脊柱炎男性患者的血清泌乳素水平升高,这可能是AS男性发病倾向的根本原因。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore whether the serum prolactin level could rise in male patients with ankylosing spondylitis.Methods:60 cases of male ankylosing spondylitis patients without treated in our hospital between 2009 and 2011 were taken in the experiment,and serum levels of prolactin were evaluated in the 60 patients with AS and 60 age-matched healthy controls.Results:Prolactin serum levels were significantly higher in patients with AS compared to controls[(21.22±6.12)ng/ml VS(10.52±8.28)ng/ml,P<0.05)].Conclusion:Serum prolactin level are elevated in male patients with AS,this may be the root cause of the male sex skew of AS. |
