摘    要:目的:针对蒸汽减压系统在正常生产过程中,经常出现低压使用侧安全阀超压起跳现象,既不能保证正常的低压蒸汽供应,又造成较大能源浪费的现象,通过对蒸汽减压系统的分析论证,提出一种投资少、见效快的系统改造方案。方法:采用将导阀型隔膜式减压阀排污口加装浮球式疏水器的方法应用于实际工作。结果:解决了蒸汽减压系统中安全阀起跳的问题,较好的保证了蒸汽供应质量,减少了蒸汽浪费现象。结论:改造后,经减压阀减压后下游蒸汽压力供应稳定,更好的满足了使用部门低压蒸汽的使用要求。

Application of trapping device to steam pressure-reducing system

Abstract:Objective: To propose a new renovation program for the steam pressure- reducing system of Beijing Tiantan Biological Products Co. Ltd. with low investment and high effectiveness. Methods: The ball float type trap was placed to the outfall of pilot diaphragm reducing valve in the renovation of the steam pressure-reducing system. Results: The taking-off of safety valve was avoided, ensuring the steam supply quality and reducing the waste of steam. Conclusion: After the renovation of the steam pressure-reducing system, a steady supply of the downstream steam has been achieved through the pressure relief of pressure reducing valve, thus meeting the requirement for the use of low pressure steam.
