骨形态发生蛋白2缓释载体的研究进展

摘    要:自体骨移植一直是骨修复的"金标准",但仍存在一些问题。异体骨移植同样存在着骨愈合缓慢及排斥反应等问题。随着组织工程学的发展,应用骨组织工程方法来修复骨缺损成为研究热点。骨组织工程主要包括支架材料、种子细胞、生长因子三个方面。骨形态发生蛋白2是目前最强的促骨生长因子,其在体内半衰期很短,必须依靠缓释载体才能发挥其较长效的促骨生长作用。

Abstract:Autogenous bone graft has long been the "golden standard"of bone repair,while there are some remaining problems.Allograft also have many problems,such as slow bone healing and rejection etc..With the development of tissue engineering,lots of eyes focus on bone tissue engineering to repair bone defects.There are three key points in bone tissue engineering namely scaffolds,seed cells and growth factor.Bone morphogenetic protein-2 is the most efficient factor to promote bone growth so far,but it has a very short half-time in vivo,which must rely on control-released carrier to fulfill its long-term bone growth-promoting effect.
