603例药品不良反应报告分析

目的:了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)的发生情况及引发ADR 的相关因素,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法:收集我院2010 年1 月1 日– 2011 年12 月31 日临床上报的603例ADR 报告,分别对患者年龄、性别、引发ADR 的给药途径、引发ADR 的药品种类、ADR 累及器官或系统以及严重不良反应情况等进行分类、统计并分析.结果:603例ADR 报告中,男性235例,占38.97% ;女性368例,占61.03%;> 60岁患者178例,占29.52% ;静脉滴注的ADR 发生率最高,占54.56% ;按药品分类统计,抗菌药物引起ADR例数最多,占45.44% ;引起ADR 频率最高的前10 位药品包括6 种抗菌药物、3 种中成药以及前列地尔注射液;按ADR 临床表现分类,最常见皮肤损害,共计312例,占51.74%.结论:ADR 的发生与多方面因素有关,临床应加强ADR 报告与监测工作,提高抗菌药物和中成药临床合理应用水平,降低ADR 发生率.

Analysis of 603 ADR case reports in our hospital

Objective: To investigate the feature of adverse drug reactions(ADRs) and ADR-inducing factors in our hospital in order to provide reference for rational medication in clinic.Methods: A total of 603 ADR case reports were collected in our hospital from January 1,2010 to December 31,2011.The reports were classified and analyzed statistically,in respect of age distribution,gender,route of administration,the category of ADR-inducing drugs,organs or systems involved in ADRs and severe ADRs.Results: Among the 603 ADR cases,235 cases(38.97%) were male and 368 cases(61.03%) were female.A total of 178 cases(29.52%) were more than 60 years old.The incidence of intravenous administration was high,accounting for 54.56%.According to drug category,324 cases(45.44%) were associated with antibiotics.Top ten ADR-inducing drugs included six antibiotics,three Chinese patent medicines and alprostadil injection.There were 312 cases(51.74%) appeared skin injure,which were the most frequently affected organs by ADR.Conclusion: The occurrence of ADRs relates to a variety of factors.Reporting and monitoring of ADRs should be strengthened to improve rational drug use of antibiotic and Chinese patent medicines and reduce the occurrence of ADRs.
