| 摘 要： | 目的观察醋酸曲安奈德穴位注射加中药外洗治疗慢性肛周湿疹的疗效。方法80例慢性肛周湿疹患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例。治疗组采用曲安奈德穴位注射加中药外洗治疗；对照组采用温水坐浴后外涂糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗，两组均以2周为1个疗程。结果治疗组有效率及复发率为90％和15％；对照组有效率及复发率为70％和53％，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）；治疗2周后瘙痒症状及皮损面积治疗组与对照组相比亦有显著性差异（P〈0．01），治疗组明显优于对照组。结论曲安奈德穴位注射加中药外洗治疗慢性肛周湿疹疗效满意，值得临床推广。
