| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)检测在小儿感染性疾病诊断及鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法定量检测505例感染性疾病患儿血清中的CRP含量,同时进行血、尿、便常规检查及其他相关的实验室检查。结果357例患儿血清中CRP升高,含量为11~128 mg/L。结论血清CRP是炎症反应的重要标志,可作为小儿感染性疾病诊断和鉴别诊断的主要指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the application value of CRP in children infectious disease diagnosis and differential diagnosis.Methods The CRP and other lab data of 505 cases of such patient were detected.Results The CRP of 357 cases was increased from 11～128 mg/L.Conclusion The serum CRP might be important mark of inflammation that should be main data to diagnosis and differential diagnosis of children infectious disease. |
