| 摘 要： | 目的 观察涎腺结石彩超诊断价值。方法应用彩超高分辨率探头对患者涎腺多切面扫查，观察腺体及导管形态结构。结果共检出颌下腺结石58例，腮腺结石9例，5例颌下腺及腮腺合并结石。结石声像图多为强回声，部分为中等回声，强回声者后方声影明显。最大结石12mm，位于颌下腺导管内。其中70例与手术相符，两例误诊，正确率97％。结论彩超是诊断涎腺结石的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the value of color Doppler ultrasonographic diagnosis for salivary calculi. Methods We examine dthe salivary gland on many sections with high-resolution probe and observed morphologic structures of the gland body and ducts. Results We found out submaxillary calculi in 58 cases, parotid calculi in 9 cases, and calculi in both submaxillary and parotid glands in 5 cases. The acoustic images of calculi demenstrated strong echoes with shadows behind or moderate echoes in some cases. The diameter of the biggest calculus was 1.2 mm in the submaxillary gland duct. Among the 72 cases 70 cases were correspondent to operation results, but 2 were misdiagonosed. The accurate diagnostic rate was 97%. Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasonography is the first-line choice method for salivary calculus diagnosis. |
