临床路径在股骨头缺血性坏死介入治疗中的应用研究

目的：研究临床路径在股骨头缺血性坏死动脉介入溶栓术患者中的应用效果.方法：将60例动脉介入溶栓术患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组30例.实验组按制订好的医、护、患临床路径表实施每日诊疗、护理、康复工作.对照组采用传统的医疗护理方法.结果：实施临床路径组患者的平均住院日、平均住院费用明显低于对照组（P＜0.01）,患者的满意度和健康知识评分显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）.两组术后并发症及预后比较无统计学差异.结论：实施临床路径可减少平均住院日,降低住院费用,有利于患者主动参与诊疗与护理,促进患者术后生活自理能力的恢复,提高患者的满意度。

Application research on ischemic necrosis of femoral head by applying interventional thrombolytic therapy to patients through clinical path

Object: To study the treatment result of ischemic necrosis of femoral head(INFH) by applying interventional thrombolytic therapy to patients through clinical path.Methods: 60 patients for interventional thrombolytic therapy were randomly divided into experimental group and contrast group,30 cases for each group.For experimental group,the daily schedule was made out for diagnose,treatment,nursing and healing according to clinical path for doctors,nurses and patients.The contrast group was treated by traditional methods and nursing.Results: The average rate of daily lodging in hospital and expenses for the experimental group were obviously lower than those for the contrast group(P<0.01);while the satisfaction attitude and healthy knowledge were also distinctively higher than the contrast group(P<0.05).After operation and treatment,there was no statistic difference in syndrome and prognosis.Conclusion: The application of clinical path can help to reduce the daily rate of patients being in hospital and their expenses.This allows patients actively participate diagnose,treatment and nursing,which promote recovery for patients after surgery and encourage them to be self-independent in life.As a result,patients feel very pleased.
