| 摘 要： | 目的评估急诊输尿管镜术对肾绞痛诊断及治疗的价值.方法对80例肾绞痛患者行急诊输尿管镜术.结果 68例结石患者行取、套石及碎石治疗成功,12例找出相关病因,为下一步治疗提供依据,无并发症发生.结论急诊输尿管镜治疗肾绞痛简单、安全、有效,值得临床推广.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of ureteroscopy for the diagnosis and treatment of renal colic.Methods A total of 80 cases of renal colic were diagnosed and treated by ureteroscopy.A double-J catheter was left in some patients after ureteroscopy.Results Successful removal of stones,lithoclasty and ESWL were achieved in 20,43 and 5 cases,respectively.Correlative etiological factors were found in 12 patients by ureteroscopy.No complications occurred.Conclusion Ureteroscopy is an easy,safe and effective method for the diagnosis and treatment of renal colic. |
