摘    要:肺癌是恶性肿瘤致死的首位死因,局部复发及转移是其主要原因。血管内皮因子具有刺激新生血管的作用,与肺癌肿瘤血管的生成及转移有关。近年来,PET在肺癌的诊断、分期、判断复发及疗效等方面有独到的作用。本文旨在简要综述血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及其受体(VEGFR)的生物学行为以及VEGF结合PET检查在肺癌诊治方面的临床价值,以期提高肺癌的临床诊治水平。

Abstract:Lung cancer is the leading cause of death by cancer, and local recurrence and metastasis are the most important factors. The vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) can promote angiogenesis,which is positive related to tumor angiogenesis and metastasis. In recent years, positron emission tomography (PET) plays an important role in diagnosis, staging, recurrence and prognosis of lung cancer. This paper briefly reviewed the biological behaviors of VEGF and VEGFR, and the clinical value of VEGF combines with PET imaging for lung cancer. It is expected to promote the diagnosis and therapy of lung cancer to further level.
