| Abstract: | Niemann-Pick disease is a disorder of sphingomyelin metabolism, which produces organomegaly and progressive generalized neurologic dysfunction. In two brothers with Niemann-Pick disease type C brain stem auditory evoked potentials (BAEPs) produced prolongation of waves I-III interpeak latencies. |
