高频彩色多普勒超声诊断小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床价值

摘    要:目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声诊断小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床应用价值。方法选择我院55例临床初步诊断为小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎的患儿,进行高频彩色多普勒超声检查,观察肠系膜淋巴结情况,并对二维图像和彩色多普勒进行分析。结果患儿组53例腹腔发现肿大淋巴结,淋巴结长径48例〉1.0cm,形态规则,L/S〉2,CDFI可清晰显示淋巴结内血供情况。肿大淋巴结分布以脐周、右下腹为主。结论高频彩色多普勒超声能清晰地显示肿大的肠系膜淋巴结,是诊断小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎的首选检查方法,对临床诊断治疗急性肠系膜淋巴结炎及治疗后复查具有重要的实用价值。

Abstract:Objective To assess the clinic value of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasonic in diagnosing acute mesenteric lymphadenitis in children.Methods We select 55 children who had a initial diagnosis with acute mesenteric lymphadenitis in our hospital,all of them had high-frequency color Doppler ultrasonic examination,we observe mesenteric lymph and analysis the results from two-dimension images and Doppler.Results 53 children have abdominal cavity swelling lymph;the length of lymph is larger than one centimeter in 48 children.the swelling lymph has a regular shape.the ratio of length to minor axis were〉2,the color Doppler flow imaging can display the internal blood supply of lymph clearly,swelling lymph distribute over right lower quadrant and around umbilicus.Conclusion The high-frequency color Doppler ultrasonic can display mesenteric lymph clearly,and may be adopted as the first choice in diagnosing acute mesenteric lymphadenitis,it has an important value clinical diagnosis and treatment acute mesenteric lymphadenitis.
