奥札格雷钠对老年颈内动脉供血区脑梗塞治疗作用

目的探讨奥札格雷钠对老年脑梗塞的治疗作用.方法62例老年颈内动脉供血区脑梗塞患者分为奥札格雷钠治疗组和非奥札格雷钠治疗组,治疗前后分别测定大脑中动脉血流动力学参数和进行神经功能缺损评分,并观察临床疗效.结果奥札格雷钠在改善大脑中动脉血流动力学参数和神经功能缺损评分方面较对照组有显著差异（P＜0.01,P＜0.05）,临床总显效率69.6%,总有效率96.1%.结论奥札格雷钠能明显改善老年脑梗塞的脑血流动力学参数和神经功能缺损评分,是治疗老年颈内动脉供血区脑梗塞安全而有效的药物.

Therapeutic action of Ozagrel injection on treating the elder cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the clinica effective and its action mechenism of Ozagrel injection on treating the elder cerebral infarction. Methods 62 patients with the elder cerebral infarction randomly were divided into two groups, the treated group and the control group, 31 in each group. The treated group was treated with Ozagrel injection. The control group was treated with weinaolutong injection. The hemodynamic parameters were measured before and after curation, and their Clinical effective were investigated. Results The hemodynamic parameter have significantly improved after Ozagrel curation(P<0.01). The total markedly effective ratio was 69.6%. The total effective ratio was 96.1%. The improvement of neurious function damage of the treated group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusions The hemodynamic parameters of the elder cerebral infartion on treating with Ozagrel injection can be Markedly improved. Ozagrel injection is a safe and effective medecine on treating the elder cerebral infarction.
