肺大皰缝扎并直视下鱼肝油酸钠固化术治疗自发性气胸

目的 :降低自发性气胸的复发率 ,提高临床疗效。方法 :35例复发性自发性气胸患者采用肺大缝扎并直视下鱼肝油酸钠固化术治疗 ,以同期单纯行肺大缝扎术的 32例患者为对照组 ,比较两组病例术后复发率及呼衰发生情况。结果 :两组病例术后随访 2a ,对照组气胸复发率为 9 38% ,呼衰发生率 6 2 5 % ;治疗组无一例气胸复发 ,呼衰发生率 2 86 %。两组间比较有显著性差异 ,P <0 .0 5。结论 :肺大缝扎并直视下鱼肝油酸钠固化术具有疗效可靠、复发率低、并发症少的优点 ,是治疗自发性气胸值得推广的方法

TREATMENT OF SPONTANEOUS PNEUMOTHORAX WITH SUTURELIGATION OF THE BULLAE OF LUNG AND INJECTION OF SODIUM MORRHUATE

Objecitve:The purpose of this was treatment to reduce the recurrence rate of spontaneous pneumothorax and improve clinical effect.Methods:35 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax were treated by sutureligating the ruptured and large bullae with all the remaining bullae of lung be injected with sodium morrhuate.The recurrence rate and the rate of respiratory failure in the treatment group were compared with which in the control group in which only resection of the bullae of lung was done.Results:The follow up period was two years.No one in the treatment group suffered from recurrence of spontaneous pneamothorax,the rate of respiratory failure was 2.86%.The recurrence rate of spontaneous pneumothorax in the control group was 9.38% and the rate of respiratory failure was 6.25%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The advantage of this treatment lowers the recurrence rate with slight reduction of pulmonary function.
