| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨开放性颅脑损伤碎骨片Ⅰ期回植的方法。方法 总结1998年2月以来38例开放性颅脑损伤碎骨片Ⅰ期回植成功的经验。结果 38例开放性颅脑损伤碎骨片Ⅰ期回植后,其中37例回植成功,1例失败,临床愈合率为97.4％。结论 开放性颅脑损伤碎骨片Ⅰ期回植成功的关键是:彻底清创,药物灌洗和掌握手术技巧。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe the operation method of cranium debris I stage replantation in open cranio-cerebral injuries. Methods To sum up the successful experience of cranium debris I stage replantation is 38 patients with open craniocerebral injuries since the Feb.of 1998. Results Among the 38 patients,37 patients were operated on successfully, and 1 patient failed in operation; Its clinical cure rate was 97. 4 percent. Conclusion The keys to the successful operation were thorough debridement, drug lavage and the mastering of operation techniques. |
