血小板输注无效的研究与防治

血小板输注无效(PTR)是临床治疗出血性疾病过程中出现的一种严重并发症,因其在临床输血实践中的负面作用,而备受关注。引起PTR的病因复杂,主要有免疫因素和非免疫因素。临床采用输注去白细胞血小板、血小板交叉配型相合的血小板、辐照血小板等方法,提高血小板输注的有效率。本文就血小板输注的适应证以及PTR的判断标准、引发原因和防治措施等方面的研究进展予以综述。

Research and Prevention of Platelet Transfusion Refractoriness

Platelet transfusion refractoriness（PTR） is one kind of serious complication presenting in the clinical care hemorrhagic disease＇s process, Because of their negative effects in clinical blood-transfusion, there were a great deal of studies on HPA during last few decades. Many factors can induce refractory of platelet transfusion, including of immune factor and the non-immunity factor. Leukocyte-reduced platelet, satisfied crossmatching platelet, the radiate platelet and some other methods were used in clinical experiences so as to raises the platelet infusion effeetiveness. This article focuses on the indications of platelet transfusion, as well as the judgment standard of PTR, the initiation reason and the prevention measure.
