紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期食道癌的临床观察

目的观察紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期食道癌的临床价值。方法对经病理活检证实的56例晚期或复发的食道癌患者，给予紫杉醇135mg／m^2，静滴，第1天；顺铂75-80mg／m^2，静滴，分为第1～3天，21天为1个周期。每例患者至少化疗2个周期以上。结果全组完全缓解1例，部分缓解24例，稳定26例，进展5例，总有效率44．6％。最常见的毒副反应是骨髓抑制和脱发，Ⅲ～Ⅳ度白细胞减少占19．6％，Ⅲ度血小板减少占7．1％，脱发占87．5％，但无Ⅲ度以上脱发发生。结论紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗晚期食道癌缓解率高，毒副反应轻，患者可耐受，可在临床推广应用。

Combination of paclitaxel and cisplatin in the treatment of advanced esophageal carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of the combination of paclltaxel and cisplatin in the treatment of patients with advanced esophageal carcinoma. Methods 56 patients with locally advanced or metastatic esophageal carcinoma were enrolled into the study. The patients received paclitaxel 135mg/m^2 on day 1, and cisplatin 75-80mg/m^2 on days divided into 1-3 of a 21-day courses. Results 56 patients were valuable for response. There were 1 case with omplete response（CR）, 24 with partial response（PR）, 26 with stable disease（SD）, and 5 with disease progression（PD）. The response rate was 44. 6%. The main toxicities were leukopenia and alopecia. There was no treatment-related death in this series. Conclusion The combination of paclitaxel and cisplatin is a feasible, well-tolerated and active scheme in treatment of advanced esophageal carcinoma.
