医学生就业的心理状况调查分析

目的了解当前医学生就业时的心理状况。方法采用自拟问卷的形式对新乡医学院2006级、2007级、2008级1 036人在校大学生进行就业心理状况和基本情况调查。结果通过调查分析,医学生在面对就业问题时普遍存在压力、焦虑、恐慌、依赖、自卑、犹豫不决、自傲等心理问题,且这些心理问题的严重程度在不同专业、不同性别、不同年级、不同录取批次之间的比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医学生就业过程中存在不同严重程度的心理问题,应给予相应的心理应对措施。

Investigation and analysis of medical students' employment psychological condition
