| 摘 要： | [目的]观察中药对强阿片类药物引起便秘的临床疗效。[方法]观察76例出现重度疼痛而应用强阿片类药物并引起便秘患者的中医分型及采用的中医药治疗。[结果]76例便秘患者中有效82.9%。[结论]中医药辨证论治可以控制或减轻强阿片类药物所致便秘。

| Abstract: | [ Objective ] To observe the effects of chinese medicine treat the constipation caused by strong opioids. [ Methods ] 76 patients with serious pain occurred with strong opioids and cause constipation with TCM and the effect of chinese medicine. [ Results] The effective rate of the 76 cases of patients with chronic consti- pation is 82.9%. [ Conclusion] Differential treatment of chinese medicine can control or mitigate the constipation caused by strong opioids. |
