桑通颗粒的主要药效学研究

摘    要:目的:观察桑通颗粒的止咳、祛痰、平喘作用。方法:将实验动物随机分为5组,即空白对照组,桑通颗粒高、中、低剂量组和阳性对照组;采用氨水引咳法观察桑通颗粒对致咳小鼠模型的影响;采用酚红排泌试验观察桑通颗粒的祛痰作用;采用磷酸组胺-乙酰胆碱引喘法观察桑通颗粒对致喘豚鼠模型的影响。结果:与空白对照组比较,桑通颗粒各治疗组致咳潜伏期和引喘潜伏期明显延长,咳嗽次数明显减少,酚红排泌量明显增加(P<0.05或P<0.01);桑通颗粒各组与阳性对照组比较,差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:桑通颗粒具有较好的止咳、祛痰、平喘的作用。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the antitussive,expectorant and antiasthmatic actions of Sangtong granule.Methods:The experimental animals were randomized into 5 groups:control group,high-,moderate-and low-dose Sangtong granule groups,positive control group.the effect of Sangtong Granule on cough mice were observed by the method of strong aqua causing cough;the fuction of eliminating phlegm were observed by phenol red excrete;the effect of Sangtong Granule on bronchial asthma cavia cobaya were observed by the method of histamine phosphate causing asthma.Results:Compared with control group,the stage of latency of cough and asthma were extend,the frequency of cough were decreased,and the quantity of phenol red excrete were increased(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01);There was no significant difference between Sangtong granule groups and positive control group(P〉0.05).Conclusion:Sangtong granule has certain antitussive,expectorant and antiasthmatic actions.
