摘    要:回顾及总结了近20余年来国内外有关下室旁区调节昼夜节律的研究进展。下室旁区作为视交叉上核重要的输出途径之一,尽管其在调节昼夜节律(如下室旁区的腹侧神经元控制睡眠和觉醒周期节律等)方面的研究已取得了一些成果,但仍处于起步和探索阶段,将为进一步探索其路径和机制提供了思路。

Abstract:Reference literatures from 20 years to nowdays were reviewed,In mammals,the principal circadian pacemaker driving daily physiology and behavioral rhythms is located in the suprachiasmatic nucleus(SCN)in the anterior hypothalamus.Most SCN efferents target the subparaventricular zone(SPZ),which resides just dorsal to the SCN.This output pathway has been proposed as a major component involved in the outflow for circadian regulation.In spite of some starting researchs on circadian rhythm(Example as neurons within the ventral SPZ are needed for circadian rhythms of sleep and waking),this study will give more research pathway and mechanism for future.
