中药治疗失眠症临床随机对照试验的Meta分析

目的:评价中药治疗失眠症的疗效。方法:对中药治疗失眠症的随机对照试验(RCT)进行系统评价。统计方法数据用专用软件RevMan4.2版进行统计分析。结果:12篇RCT共1290例患者满足纳入标准。但均为低质量试验,Jadad评分小于3分;固定效应模型显示合并OR值为2.66,95%可信区间为[1.96,3.60],P<0.00001,随机效应模型合并OR值为2.60,95%可信区间CI[1.67,4.03],P<0.0001。结论:中药治疗失眠症可能有效,但由于试验方法学质量较低,且存在发表偏倚,尚不能充分肯定,需高质量的试验进一步证实。

A Systematic Evaluation of Randomized Controlled Trials for Troditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Insomnia

Objective：To assess the therapeutic effect of troditional chinese medicine treatment on insomnia.Methods：A systematic evaluationof all relevant randomized controlled trials （RCT） about troditional chinese medicine treatment and western medicine treatment of insomnia was carried out.The data were statistically analyzed with a special software RevMan 4.1.Results：Twelve papers of RCT including 1290 patients met the enrolled criteria.All of the trials were lower methodological quality;Metaanalysis indicated that odds ratio was 2.66,95% confidence interval [1.96-3.60]in fixed effect model,P 0.00001and was 2.60,95% confidence interval [1.67-4.03]in random effect model,P 0.0001 as troditional chinese medicine group compared with western medicine group.Conclusion：Troditional chinese medicine is possibly effective for insomnia.However,because of lower methodological quality of all the trials,this conclusion has no enough evidence.
