| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针灸对中低位直肠癌前切除术后综合征的治疗效果。方法:对16例中低位直肠癌前切除术后综合征患者进行针灸治疗,比较治疗前后每日排便次数、夜间排便次数、排便急迫感及肛门失禁程度的变化。结果:针灸治疗后患者每日排便次数及夜间排便次数较治疗前明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05),排便急迫感及肛门失禁程度较治疗前有所改善,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针灸可以有效治疗前切除术后综合征患者每日及夜间排便次数增多的症状。

| Abstract: | Objective：To evaluate the clinical effects of Acupuncture-moxibustion treatment for patients with Anterior Resection Syndrome.Methods：16 patients with Anterior Resection Syndrome after operation for rectal cancer received the acupuncture-moxibustion treatment,The changes of daily bowel frequency,nocturnal bowel frequency,urgency and incontinence indexes were observed after the end of treatment.Results：after the Acupuncture-moxibustion treatment,The bowel frequency of daily and nocturnal were significantly lower（P 0.05）,but urgency and incontinence indexes weren＇t significant better（P 0.05）.Conclusion：the Acupuncture-moxibustion treatment can decreases The bowel frequency of the patients with anterior resection syndrome. |
