通督泄毒法治疗缺血性脑血管病的疗效观察

目的:比较通督泄毒法与常规针刺法治疗缺血性脑血管病的疗效差异。方法:将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组采用传统针刺治疗,取肩髃、曲池、足三里、阳陵泉等穴,每周5次,共治疗6周;治疗组在对照组基础上加用梅花针叩刺治疗,每周3次,共治疗6周。观察患者神经功能缺损程度和日常生活活动能力(ADL)改善情况。结果:治疗组愈显率为86.7%,优于对照组的33.3%(P<0.05);两组治疗后比较,治疗组神经功能缺损程度评分、ADL评分均较对照组改善明显(P<0.05)。结论:采用通督泄毒法治疗缺血性脑血管病有较好的临床疗效。

Clinical Observation on Tongdu Xiedu Needling Method for Treatment of Ischemic Cerebrovascular Diseases

Objective：To compare therapeutic effects of Tongdu Xiedu needling method and routine acupuncture method on ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.Methods：sixty cases of ische-mic cerebrovascular diseases were randomly divided into a treatment group （n=30） and a control group （n=30）.The control group were treated by routine acupuncture method with Jianyu（LI 15）,Quchi（LI 11）,Zusanli（ST 36）,Yanglingquan（GB 34） selected,five times each week,for 6 weeks.The treatment group were treated by routine acupuncture method plus plum-blossom,thrice each week,for 6 weeks.Improvement of neurological deficit and Improvement of activity daily living （ADL）.Results：The markedly cured rate of 86.7% in the treatment group was better than 33.3% in the control group （P 0.05）.After treatment,the neurological deficit scores and the ADL scores significantly improved in the treatment group as compared with those in the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion：Tongdu Xiedu needling method has a better clinical therapeutic effect on ische-mic cerebrovascular diseases.
