气化州都法治疗过敏性鼻炎168例

目的:探讨气化州都法治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:选择本院318例过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组168例,对照组150例,治疗组予以气化州都法处方;对照组采用健通辛芳鼻炎胶囊加扑尔敏口服。结果:治疗组总有效率(95.83%)优于对照组(83.33%)(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后主要症状改善情况与鼻变应体检积分优于对照组治疗后水平(P<0.05,P<0.01)。两组治疗后症状、体征分级记分总积分与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:具有气化膀胱,温阳利水,疏通三焦水道,使高位壅鼻之水津由下小便而泄,对治疗过敏性鼻炎有一定的临床疗效。
