四逆散加减配合中药灌肠对慢性前列腺炎NIH-CPSI的影响和疗效观察

目的:评价四逆散加减配合中药灌肠对慢性前列腺炎NIH-CPSI的影响和疗效观察。方法:治疗组采用四逆散加减,每日2次,每日1剂,中药灌肠1次/d,4周为1个疗程;对照组采用盐酸特拉唑嗪片2mg,口服,每日1次;舍尼通0.375mg,口服,每日2次,4周为1个疗程,疗程结束后观察临床疗效和慢性前列腺炎症状评分指数。结果:治疗组有效率为93.33%,对照组有效率为80.00%,两组临床疗效和慢性前列腺炎症状评分指数比较有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论:治疗组临床疗效和症状评分指数明显优于对照组,运用上述方法治疗慢性前列腺炎具有起效快、治愈率高、安全性好的特点,疗效显著,优于传统的西药治疗方法,值得临床推广。

The Effect of Combined Treatment of Sini San and Chinese Herbs Enema on NIH-CPSI of Chronic Prostatitis and the Clinical Observation

Objective：Evaluate the effect of combined treatment of Sini San and Chinese herbs enema on NIH-CPSI of chronic prostatitis and the clinical observation.Methods：In treated group,modified Sini San is used twice daily,Chinese herbs enema once a day,4 weeks a course;In control group,Terazosin Hydrochloride Tablets is used orally once daily;Prostat Tablets 0.375mg orally twice daily,4 weeks a course.Observe clinical effect and NIH-CPSI of chronic prostatitis after treatment.Results：the efficiency rate is 93.33% for treated group,and 80.00% for control group.The clinical effect and NIH-CPSI between two groups has distinguished difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion：the clinical effect and NIH-CPSI of treated group is much better than control group,Using the above mentioned method to treat chronic prostatits patient can achieve quick effect,high cure rate,high safety,and it is better than traditional method and can be recommended in clinics.
