| 摘 要： | 建立证候宏观量化诊断标准,是实现中医辨证规范化的必由之路。如何量化中医四诊指标,方法是关键。文章对中医证候量表中症状条目和体征舌脉条目的量化方法进行了初步探讨,认为症状条目采用Likert五点等级评定法、体征舌脉条目采用二值化处理是一种可行的量表条目量化模式。

| Abstract: | Establishing Macroscopic Quantized Standard of TCM Syndrome Differentiation is the only way to realizing Standardization of Syndrome Differentiation.How to quantize symptoms and signs？ Method is of most importance.In this paper,it is preliminary studied on quantization methods for symptom and sign items of TCM syndrome differentiation scale.It is concluded to be a feasible quantification model that syndrome items use Likert five-point grade evaluation and sign items be binarized. |
