| 摘 要： | 发挥大型医疗设备的使用效率是医院的重要课题，笔者对此提出几点建议。一，购置大型医疗设备要遵循为大多数人服务的原则；二，要对临床相关科室和社会公众进行设备宣传；三对设备要进行跟踪管理；四，建立院内租赁中心实行集中管理。

| Abstract: | It＇s an important subject of study for a hospital to develop the utilization efficiency of large-scale medical equipment. The following is my some advice about it：Firstly, purchasing large-scale medical equipment must obey the rule of servicing the majority people. Secondly,you should make enough introduction for them to clinical departments and social public.Thirdly, it＇s necessary to make trace management for them.Finally,you can make integrated management by building a rental center. |
