摘    要:目的:改进扑尔敏霜剂含量测定方法,研究扑尔敏霜剂的稳定性,并预测其室温储存期。方法:紫外分光光度法测定扑尔敏的含量,简化样品处理方法,以初匀速法预测有效期。结果:扑尔敏霜剂在室温下密闭保存,有效期为3.96年。结论:扑尔敏霜剂在室温下密闭保存稳定,该方法简便、快速、准确。

Abstract:Objective To improve the method for determining chlorphenamine frost, study the stability of chlorphenamine frost and predict its storage period at room temperature Methods Chlorphenamine was determined by UV and initial average rate method was used in predicting the expiry term Results The expiry term of chlorphenamine frost is 3 96 years under the room temperature Conclusion Chlorphenamine frost is stable under the room temperature and initial average rate method is convenient and precise
