军队医院临床合同制医师心理健康调查

目的了解某军队医院临床一线合同制医师心理的健康状况。方法采用精神症状自评量表（SCL-90）对某军队医院78名合同制医师和52名在编医师进行心理健康状况问卷调查。结果合同制临床医师组的焦虑分、抑郁分和总均分高于国内常模，差异有统计学意义；合同制临床医师组的焦虑分、抑郁分高于在编临床医师组，差异有统计学意义；在编临床医师组SCL-90各项指标与国内常模差异无显著性。结论该所军队医院临床一线管床的合同制医师存在心理健康问题，有必要针对临床一线管床的合同制医师开展心理健康促进工作。

Investigation and Analysis of the Mental Health of Contract Clinicians in a Military Hospital

Objective To find out the mental health of contract clinicians being directly responsible for sickbed in a military hospital. Methods Symptom check list （SCL- 90） questionnaire was applied to investigate the mental health of 78 contract clinicians and 52 establishment clinicians both being directly responsible for sick- bed in a military hospital. Results （1）The scores of anxiety and depression and the total mean score of the contract clinicians were higher than those in national nom and the differences were statistically significant. （2）The scores of anxiety and depression of the contract clinicians were both higher than those in establishment clinicians and the differences were statistically significant. （3）No significant different was found in the index of the establishment clinicians＇group and that of national nom （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions There exist some mental health problems in the contract clinicians in the military hospital. It is necessity to develop mental health promotion to contract clinicians being directly responsible for sickbed.
