1例严重抗甲亢药致肝损伤患者的药学监护

摘 要临床药师通过参与1例药物性肝损伤患者的用药过程，密切观察临床用药情况，重点监护护肝药物治疗与抗甲亢药治疗的合理性，良好地与医师沟通其用药的不合理处，及时给出药物治疗调整建议，提高患者合理服药的意识，使得药物性不良反应所造成的影响降到最低。提醒医务人员及其患者警惕抗甲亢药所引起的严重肝损伤，减少不良反应的发生。

Pharmaceutical Care for One Patient with Liver Injury Severely Induced by Drugs

ABSTRACTBy participating in the treatment of one patient with drug induced liver injury, clinical pharmacists closely observed the use of drug, focusedly monitored the treatment of liver and anti-thyroid drugs rationality, found good ways to communicate with physicians about their irrational drug use, timely gave them adjustment suggestions of drug therapy,improved patients' awareness of rational drugs, helped patients save medical costs, improved their compliance and diminished the effect of adverse drug reactions. They also reminded the medical staffs and patients of keeping an alert on severe liver damage caused by anti thyroid drugs to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
