动态心电图与CT 冠脉成像在冠心病诊断中的临床应用

目的：探讨动态心电图（DCG）与64层CT冠状动脉造影（CTCA）在冠心病诊断中的应用价值。方法126例疑似冠心病患者2周内分别行DCG和CTCA检查，评估动态心电图示ST‐T改变，CTCA示冠状动脉狭窄≥50％在冠心病诊断中的价值。结果 DCG的敏感性和特异性为88．00％和84．61％，CTCA的敏感性和特异性为92．00％和92．31％。DCG和CTCA两种检查在冠心病的诊断过程中，敏感性和特异性无统计学差异。结论 DCG和CTCA对诊断冠心病具有较高的敏感性和特异性，均可作为可疑冠心病患者的筛查方法，在冠心病的诊断中具有重要的作用。

Application of dynamic ECG and CT coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease

Objective The aim of this paper was to investigate the application of dynamic electrocardiogram and CT coronary an‐giography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease .Methods 126 patients with suspected coronary heart disease were enrolled . Patients underwent dynamic electrocardiogram and CT coronary angiography in two weeks .Results In patient‐based analysis ,spe‐cificity of DCG was 88 .00% ,with sensitivity of 84 .61% .Specificity of CTCA was 92 .00% ,with sensitivity of 92 .31% .There was no significant difference between DCG and CTCA on the diagnosis of coronary heart disease .Conclusion With high specificity and sensitivity on the diagnosis of coronary heart disease ,DCG and CTCA can be used as a screening method for suspected coronary ar‐tery disease ,which would play important roles on the diagnosis of coronary heart disease .
