摘    要:目的:了解某高校大学生甲型H1N1流感防治知识认知情况及影响因素,为学校健康教育活动的开展提供科学依据。方法采用分层和整群抽样法,对某高校不同年级、不同专业的1200名在校大学生以不记名问卷调查的形式对甲型 H1N1流感防治知识认知情况进行调查,共回收1126份有效问卷,分析影响认知情况的因素。结果医学专业学生认知率总体优于非医学专业( P<0.05),知识获知途径主要是网络占83.93%,其次是电视广播占28.95%,课堂获知最少占13.50%。单因素分析显示性别、年级、专业及健康状况均与甲流认知情况关系密切(P<0.05),而多因素logistic回归分析发现大三是影响甲流知识认知情况的保护因素,而中医专业、非医学专业和有心理疾病均是甲流知识认知情况的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论某高校大学生对甲型H1N1流感相关防治知识的认知情况不容乐观,因此高校应即刻采取科学有效的教育宣传方式,加大相关知识的教育和普及力度。

Cognitive situations and its influencing factors of prevention and control of influenza type A of H 1N1 in college students
Abstract:Objective To know about cognitive situations and its influencing factors of prevention and control of influenza type A of H1N1 in college students ,and to provide scientific basis for the development of school health education activities .Methods The knowledge of the prevention and control of influenza type A of H 1N1 were analyzed on the 1200 college students selected by stratified and cluster sampling from different grades and majors in a university by the form of anonymous questionnaire survey ,and a total of 1126 valid questionnaires were recovered .The the factors affecting knowledge were analyzed .Results The cognition rate of medical students was better than that of non‐medicine(P<0 .05) ,and the was of knowing about knowledge was the network ac‐counted for 83 .93% ,followed by the television broadcast for 28 .95% ,and the class to learn was the least for 13 .50% .Single factor analysis showed that gender ,grades ,majorsl and health statuses were closely related to the cognitive statuses (P<0 .05) ,while mul‐tivariate factors logistic regression analysis showed that the factor of junior college students was the protective factor affecting knowledge statuses about influenza type A of H1N1 ,and Chinese medicine major ,non‐medical majors and psychological diseases were independent risk factors for knowledge cognition situations (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The cognitive situation of the prevention and control of influenza type A of H1N1 of college students in a university is not optimistic ,so the university should take the scien‐tific and effective way of education ,and increase the education and popularization of the relevant knowledge .
