老年高血压患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平的研究

目的：检测老年高血压患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平，探讨同型半胱氨酸水平与老年高血压的关系。方法收集北京市海淀区西北旺社区2015年1月至2015年9月期间，诊断为高血压的患者病例133例为研究对象，其中女62例，男71例，同时收集本社区同年龄段健康体检人员79例为对照组，其中女47例，男32例，检测并比较两组的血浆同型半胱氨酸水平、体重指数及血糖血脂水平，比较男性高血压患者和女性高血压患者这些指标的差异，统计分析高血压患者同型半胱氨酸与其他指标的相关性。结果老年高血压患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平高于对照组（15．10±7．46 VS 11．52±4．25，P＜0．05）差异具有统计学意义，老年高血压患者血糖水平高于对照组（5．68±0．59VS5．24±0．58，P＜0．05）差异具有统计学意义，老年高血压患者体重指数高于对照组（26．24± 2 ．97 VS 24．70±3．22，P＜0．05）差异具有统计学意义。老年高血压患者高密度脂蛋白水平低于对照组（1．65 ± 0．40 VS 1．78 ± 0．37，P＜0．05）差异具有统计学意义，男性高血压患者同型半胱氨酸水平高于女性高血压患者（16．58±8．23 VS 13．81 ± 6．51，P＜0．05）差异具有统计学意义。在高血压组，同型半胱氨酸与患者年龄（r＝0．266，P＜0．05）和体重指数（r＝0．219，P＜0．05）呈正相关。结论老年高血压患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平升高，血糖、体重指数异常升高，高密度脂蛋白异常降低。女性高血压患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平低于男性高血压患者，老年高血压患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平随着年龄、体重指数的增加而增大，所以老年高血压患者治疗和预防，除了药物控制外，还应控制体重，降低同型半胱氨酸水平，是降低老年高血压病的关键。

Analysis of the homocysteine of the elderly patients with hypertension

Objective To study the blood homocysteine(Hcy)of the elderly patients with hypertension and to explore the possi‐ble impact of Hcy on the elderly patients with hypertension .Methods 133 cases of the elderly patients with hypertension who were diagnosed and treated in this hospital from Jan .to Sept .2015 were selected as the research group ,and divided into a male hyperten‐sion group and a female hypertension group according to gender ,79 cases of the elderly healthy persons were selected as the control group and their levels of Hcy and blood glucose ,lipid were detected and compared .Results The Hcy level of elderly patients with hypertension were obviously higher than the control group ,male was obviously higher than female ,The blood glucose level of the patients in hypertension group was obviously higher than the control group .The HDL in the hypertension group was obviously low‐er than the control group .and their difference had the statistical significance (P<0 .05) .In hypertension group ,Hcy level were cor‐relative with age and Body Mass Index .Conclusion The elderly patients with hypertension are commonly accompanied with the ele‐vated Hcy level and Hcy is closely related to the occurrence of atherosclerotic lesions and hypertension .
