双水平气道正压呼吸机治疗COPD并发呼吸衰竭的护理

目的：研究针对BiPA P呼吸机治疗呼吸衰竭的护理方案。方法对116例慢性阻塞性肺病合并呼吸衰竭患者进行了研究，在常规治疗的基础上，使用BiPA P呼吸机进行无创正压通气，并进行细致的护理，包括呼吸机监测、保持呼吸道通畅等。比较治疗前后患者的呼吸、心率等指标的变化。结果经过BiPA P呼吸机治疗及相关护理，患者的呼吸频率、心率明显降低， PH、PaO2、PaCO2以及SaO2与治疗前比较，差异明显，有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论 BiPAP呼吸机治疗呼吸衰竭效果明显，加强护理是治疗成功的保证。

The Nursing of Treatment of Respiratory Failure to the Acute Exacerbation of COPD Through Pressure Ventilation Via Nasal/mouth Mask

Objective To investigate the nursing programme about the BiPAP life‐support machine treatment ofrespiratory fail‐ure .Methods A total of 116 patients whom acquired respiratory failure associated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were enrolled in this study .All patients were carried out the noninvasive positive‐pressure ventilation and careful nursing on the base of conventional therapy including the ventilator monitoring and keeping respiratory tract unobstructed .Results The breathing rate and heart rate is lower after BiPAP life‐support machine treatment and related nursing ,the level ofPH ,PaO2 ,PaCO2 and SaO2 is significant different than pretherapy(P<0 .05) .Conclusion Watching patients closely and keeping respiratory tract clean play an important role in the BiPAP life‐support machine treatment of respiratory failure .Ventilator treatment of respiratory failure care should be given adequate attention .
