气压穴位按压在预防脑梗塞患者股肿病中的应用

目的：通过研究把浸泡在红花注射液中的海浮石贴于脑梗死患者下肢穴位，足三里、阳陵泉、委中、承山、三阴交，外包裹气压治疗仪，在下肢气压治疗的基础上，进行下肢穴位药物按压，预防股肿病即下肢深静脉血栓的形成，促进疾病康复。方法取该急诊病房2015年1月至2016年1月，脑梗死患者60例，随机分为常规护理组30例，穴位气压护理组30例，医嘱开具红花注射液气压穴位按压医嘱，多普勒双下肢B超检查深静脉下肢血流情况；来评价常规护理组及穴位气压护理组两组护理下肢护理的疗效。结果经多普勒双下肢B超检查，测得穴位气压护理组较常规护理组股静脉、腘静脉血液流速快（P＜0．05），平均反流时间短（P＜0．05）。结论气压联合穴位按压在预防脑梗死患者下肢循环障碍有一定作用，能够使患者舒适，提高生活质量。

by Air Pressure Instrument lower limb acupoint pressing

Objective Put safflor injection -incubated absorbent stone at the acupoints in pelvic limb (including Zusanli ,Yan‐glingquan ,Weizhong ,Chengshan ,and Sanyinjiao)of patients with cerebral infarction and packaged with Air Pressure Instrument .In the treating process by Air Pressure Instrument lower limb acupoint pressing was conducted to prevent the formation of the lower extremity deep venous thrombosis and assist the recovery of patients .Methods 60 patients with cerebral infarction in our emergen‐cy ward from 2015 .1 to 2016 .1 were randomly divided into two groups .One group with 30 patients received conventional nursing and the other group with another 30 patients received point pressure nursing .The point pressure nursing group received point pres‐sure via safflor injection-incubated absorbent stone according to the advice of doctors .Doppler double lower limbs B-mode ultra‐sonography was employed to evaluate the blood circulation of deep venous of lower limbs ,which can also be used for the comparison of the efficacy of the two groups .Results Based on the characterization of Doppler double lower limbs B -mode ultrasonography , the blood circulation speed of femoral vein and popliteal vein of the point pressure nursing group was faster than that of convention‐al nursing group(P<0 .05)and at the same time the mean reflux time was smaller .Conclusion The combination of air pressure and point pressure play an effective role in preventing the circulation obstacles of the lower limb for patients with cerebral infarction .It can make the patients comfortable and improve the quality -of -life of patients .
