联合检测糖基化终末产物受体、糖化血红蛋白与冠状动脉钙化程度的相关性

摘    要:目的:通过联合检测糖代谢异常患者糖基化终末产物受体(可溶性晚期糖基化终末产物受体sRAGE、内源性分泌型晚期糖基化终末产物受体esRAGE、裂解型晚期糖基化终末产物受体cRAGE)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C),探讨其与冠状动脉钙化程度的相关性。方法选取住院患者96例,分为正常对照组(n=30)、糖耐量异常组(n=31)、糖尿病组(n=35)。检测各组患者的sRAGE、esRAGE、cRAGE、HbA1C 水平,评估其与冠状动脉钙化程度的相关性。结果3组患者的 sRAGE、esRAGE、cRAGE、HbA1C水平为正常对照组<糖耐量异常组<糖尿病组,并具有统计学差异(P<0.05),且伴随着它们的升高,冠状动脉钙化积分值也逐渐升高(P<0.05)。结论 sRAGE、esRAGE、cRAGE、HbA1C水平与冠状动脉钙化积分呈正相关的关系。联合检测糖基化终末产物受体、糖化血红蛋白可以预测糖代谢异常患者发生冠状动脉疾病的可能性,并可评估其病情严重程度及预后。

Relationship of combined detection of receptor for advanced glycosylation end products,glycosylated hemoglobin and Severity of coronary artery calcification
Abstract:Objective To explore their correlations with severity of coronary artery calcification ,we detected receptor for ad‐vanced glycosylation end products(sRAGE、esRAGE、cRAGE) ,glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1C)in patients with different glucose metabolism levels .Methods Ninety‐six hospitalized patients were divided into normal control group (n=30) ,impaired glucose tol‐erance group(n=31)and diabetes group(n=35) .All patients were detected sRAGE ,esRAGE ,cRAGE and HbA1C levels ,and then to assess their correlations with severity of coronary artery calcification .Results The sRAGE ,esRAGE ,cRAGE and HbA1C levels are statistically different in three groups ,Control group < impaired glucose tolerance group < diabetes group .With their increase , coronary artery calcium score values also rises gradually (P<0 .05) .Conclusion sRAGE ,esRAGE ,cRAGE and HbA1C levels and coronary artery calcium score was positively related .combined detection of sRAGE ,esRAGE ,cRAGE and HbA1C could be used to predict different glucose metabolism status patients with coronary artery disease and other cardiovascular events ,and evaluate sever‐ity and prognosis of diabetes disease .
