| 摘 要： | 胃癌的癌前病变研究是目前胃粘膜病变研究中的热点。本文对胃炎、胃粘膜管样异型增生及胃癌进行了Ki－67及CEA免疫组织化学研究，结果发现Ki－67及CEA的阳性表达率在胃炎、管样异型增生及胃癌中呈明显递增趋势。从而提示管样异型增生可能是胃癌发病过程中重要的过渡阶段，是其癌前病变中的一种类型。应引起病理和临床上的重视。

| Abstract: | The exploration of the precancerous lesion of gastric cancinoma is a hotspot in the re-search of gastric disease. In this article,the Ki-67 and CEA im munch istochemical study were operated inconnection with gastritis, tuboid dysplasia of gastric mucosal epithelium (TD) and gastric cancinoma.The results showed that the positivity of the immunohistochemical staining had an obvious upward ten-dency in these diseases, which indicates TD may be an important step in the process of gastric cancinomaand a kind of precancerous lesion of gastric carcinoma. Therefore, TD should be well recognized by thepathological and clinical field.[ |
