| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨中西医结合治疗对消化性溃疡(PU)患者胃黏膜黏蛋白5AC(MUC5AC)和内皮素-A受体(ETAR)mRNA表达的影响.[方法]在纤维胃镜下取PU患者治疗前溃疡边缘及正常胃黏膜和治疗后溃疡瘢痕边缘胃黏膜,提取mRNA,应用逆转录多聚酶链式反应技术对MUC5AC mRNA和ETAR mRNA的表达进行半定量测定.[结果]中西医结合、中药治疗均可以上调PU患者MUC5AC mRNA的表达,以中西医结合治疗上调的更明显(P＜0.01);中西医结合、中药、西药治疗均可下调ETARmRNA的表达,以中西医结合治疗下调的更明显(P＜0.01);内镜下溃疡病分期与MUC5AC和ETAR mRNA的表达分别呈正和负相关(r值为0.910 0和-0.885 0,P＜0.01),MUC5AC和ETAR mRNA表达呈中等程度负相关(r=-0.537 0,P＜0.01).[结论]中西医结合治疗通过改善胃黏膜MUC屏障保护作用和血流量促进溃疡愈合,且较单用中药或西药疗效更好.
