摘    要:自从对血液透析器进行复用处理回用以来,人们对这种实践一直存在争议。本研究的目的是建立次氯酸盐和过氧乙酸复用处理对FreseniusF80B聚砜血液透析器影响的定量认识和比较。在新F80B聚砜透析器和用次氯酸盐与过氧乙酸复用处理1次、5次和15次的透析器上,得到了尿素、维生素B12和多分散葡聚糖的溶质清除率、膜的超滤系数和ζ电位。结果表明这两种溶液对透析器的复用处理效果截然不同。用双层膜模型结合已有的流体动力模型分析溶质清除率数据,还定量得出了新透析器和经两种溶液复用处理后的透析器的实际膜孔径。

Abstract:The effects of reprocessing on hemodialysis have been debated since the introduction of this practice. The objective of this study was to develop a quantitative understanding and comparison of the effects of bleach and peracetic acid reprocessing on Fresenius F80B polysulfone dialyzers. Data were obtained for the clearance of urea, vitamin B_ 12, and polydisperse dextrans, membrane ultrafiltration coefficient, and zeta potential on the new dialyzer and dialyzers after 1, 5 and 15 reprocessing cycles using bleach and peracetic acid solutions. The data obtained for bleach reprocessing were markedly different from the results for peracetic acid reprocessing. The clearance data were also analyzed using the 2-layer membrane model in combination with available hydrodynamic model to obtain actual membrane pore sizes of new dialyzers and dialyzers after reprocessing.
